needs for their event. Music, photos
and logos are designed within the
site to create a personalized message.
Links can be provided so attendees
can learn more about the hotel, local
activities, weather, passport information
and local restaurants.
For
the client the website can be linked
to their in-house travel department
who can in turn begin generating airline
tickets directly from the request
entered by the attendee.
The
website can be updated to include
agenda changes, new information about
the program, as well as any emergency
information that might impact the
entire event such as an airline strike
or hurricane.
The
data base from the registration site
can provide information to create
name badges, mailing labels, rooming
lists, activity requests, charges/expenses,
shirt or jacket sizes, and scroll
downs that make it easy for attendees
to register. Each attendee receives
a confirmation and an ID number so
they can re-enter the site and make
any necessary changes.
